More office junk
I seem to have developed a bit of a theme in the last three days - namely pictures of my office taken because I have been either too ill/stupid/lazy to do anything else...the stupid bit is that I should take the opportunity to get out in the fresh air and sunshine at lunch-time instead of sitting at my desk. My excuse is that this is the only time I have to catch up on what is happening in blipworld.
Since I bought this camera and signed up with blipfoto, I have become a changed man. I now look at the world in a totally different way - shadows, reflections, negative space, textures, colours.....
....you may find me furtling agout in the shrubbery looking for animals or colourful plants....honestly officer!
The thing that pleases me most is that I have as yet not been tempted to buy any new bits of kit for the camera - although what I am beginning to hanker after is the ability to play around with the final images on the computer. We have photoshop at home, but I'm only there at weekends - and anyway, no-one knows how to use it. During the week, I have to use the works computer, which is fine except that the system administrator does not allow any unauthorised software - it was a hell of a job to get them to allow my camera software (which Canon says MUST be loaded on your computer otherwise you die!)
So it looks like I may have to get my own computer. Bugger.
This is a picture of a cardboard hat from an Austrian christmas chocolate angel.
I don't know why I kept it.
I'll throw it away now.
