The light at the end of the tunnel?
....thanks to all who expressed sympathy towards my ailments yesterday...
I am pleased to report that although the symptoms have diminished slightly, I seem to be feeling much better as things have eased off a tad at work ...
...the February management reports are completed and despatched, profit number agreed etc, and no extra queries coming from Competition Commission. (I've recently been up to my eyeballs trying to argue against their bloody theories of tacit co-ordination and theories of harm and other pseudo-scientific hogwash)
So the question was what to blip tonight. For some reason that not even I can understand, I thought it might be a good idea to blip my squash racket. This has been gathering dust under my desk as I haven't been to the gym since befor Christmas. I have been meaning to, but what with work and blipping, I don't seem to have the time - I used to go 3 times a week - and play squash once a week.
Anyway I was going to blip this along with Jim's raquet. He has played once in three years. That was against me - and he bloody won!
So I took some pictures of the bats and discovered to my horror that mine has a crack in the frame..... must have been when I threw the thing against the wall whilst in one of my many frustrated squash rages. So I tries taking pictures of the crack. That was rubbish as well. I'm obviously not skilled enough - perhaps I'll be better at taking pictures of cracks later on in my photographic journey.
Anyway to get to the point, I was aimlessly swinging about on my chair and hitting the shutter button at the ceiling when I chanced on a blip of the light.
It makes my eyes go all strange if I look at it long enough.
So I won't look at it any more.
You can though..
