Half-Smoke

My last night in DC, I ventured out to try some famous cuisine; the half-smoke at Ben's Chili Bowl. The h-s was Bill Cosby's favorite, and I must say that it was deeeeelish! A sign proclaims that the only people who eat for free at Ben's are Bill Cosby and President Obama and family. All others, unfortunately, must pay.
