One of these days....

One of these days indeed. Set off early for work in heavy snow but the roads had not been gritted and were very slippery. Stopped after five miles or so and waited to see if it would improve, but it didn't. Spent the day working from home (though interupted by a series of internet failures) and watching the weather fluctuate between sunshine and heavy snow.

This apple core was staring at me from the worktop and I liked the way it gradually changed colour from white to shades of brown.
