Sole Survivor

My dad has been in hospital for just short of five months and although we have all been around the house from time to time, plant maintenance is not high on the agenda and consequently, none of the plants that were around in my mum's day except for this one. A sort of cactus thing, I have no idea what it actually is but it is a survivor alright.
