Delaying tactics

Trying to get three small kids dressed and out to school on time every weekday morning always sets a different collection of challenges as they find new delaying tactics.

Joe took five minutes just to get his pyjama top off this morning. This is his quasimodo impersonation.

I don't help matters by finding this kind of behaviour amusing (and even worse, photographing it)
