Green Shooter

Started the day with a shot of Wheatgrass. The Orange segment is to bite into after the wheatgrass and to offset the taste.

Apparently this 1oz shot contains the same nutritional value as 1kg of green vegetables. So, despite the taste, I now feel virtuous and super healthy.

Which is just as well because I'll be in The Barony Bar all afternoon.
