Chelsea at home

It was always going to be a strange game, the atmosphere was fantastic even when villa went behind and the minutes applause at the 19th minute was brilliant!

After that the players and fans seemed subdued and understandably so, Chelsea took a deserved 2 0 lead and it looked set to stay that way, before a unforeseen fightback occurred goals from Collins and Lichaj made it 2 2! The impossible seemed possible, then Chelsea showed their superiority and ran home 4 2 winners!

Chelsea were the better side but we deserved a point, no point blaming anyone today, the club in the last 24 hours have been fantastic, the players, 7 of which are from our academy did us proud! Today I am proud to be villa!

Nothing major planned tonight just a drive to London, hopefully there is some petrol left for me somewhere!
