Play for Stan!

Today has been a very enjoyable Friday, working from home and having a very enjoyable pub lunch while playing a board game, however the news that Aston Villa Captain has been diagnosed with acute luekemia! Has ment my fun is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things!

Petrov has been a great player for villa and has always wore the badge with pride! It seems so crazy that a player who was playing last saturday can now have luekemia! As a Villa fan I wamt to take this opportunity to wish Stan the very best and my thoughts are with him and his family at this very challenging time!

I hope Villa game will go ahead tomorrow so we as fans and the players can show our support for our captain, good luck Stan and all the best!
