Who have I become?

As you may be aware, I have been having problems with my broadband, not for the first time. posting last night's blip, down it went again, having had engineers here most of the day. After half an hour, I called BT. An hour later, eventually, they agreed to get an infinity specialist to run tests and call me back.

My, blip, now well delayed into the early hours of this morning looked like it would have to wait, when suddenly it came back on! Blip posted and I"m off to bed...when the mobile rang. BT.

I couldn't get through security questions. I wasn't giving the right answer to the first line of my address!! had to log on to my BT account to find out my account number, which I eventually did.

So...I was able to get through to this 'numpty' that my broadband was back on, but what I wanted to know is what I got wrong on the first line of my address?
"you gave the wrong answer" he said.
"I know where I live!" I said.
" It says here IBM UK Plc sir"...he says.

I wish!
