Dusk in the Dales

We took a drive out at dusk, just the three of us, because we hadn't left the cottage all day - a result of getting up late, the beautiful weather and a long leisurely barbecue lunchtime. Everyone else had gone by this point so we needed to get out for a drive before coming back to make dinner.

Our dinner consisted of leftovers, but quite fancy leftovers at that - fried squid for a starter followed by fresh makerel.
