I is for ... predictable!!

Well a less frustrating day than yesterday but a more painful one :-( The head cold has resulted in sinusitis which really kicked in today. Even my jaw is hurting.

You might think that icecream isn't a good idea but it doesn't seem to have made it worse. Would be hard to be honest. Let's hope some sleep helps.
