Hula Birthday Girl

You can never be too old for a hula hoop!

The birthday girl got a hula hoop from the parents and for the past hour or so has been coached by the mother on how to hula. The sister is finding this a challenge but the mother on the other hand is hooping like its 1957!

I also got one (still keeping us the same at 31 & 28!) but due to this flu/virus I've opted to sit out of the hula lessons, I'll practice in private before I go public!
