Sunshine and cake

Lovely day spent enjoying the glorious (but unseasonal) weather. The few plants we bought yesterday were planted this morning by OH, T and M and to reward them for their hard work I made banana and chocolate muffins pictured here. In fact we had so many ripe bananas I had enough for a banana loaf as well, which is now happy in our freezer, ready for when the munchies attack.

Unfortunately back to healthy eating next week, which also probably means curtailing the baking.
