Beauty and the beast

Our local town of Pezenas has some truly beautiful buildings. This is the old Caisse d'Epargne bank building in Cours Jean Jaurès. This is the avenue in which the town has its very attractive Saturday market.

Unfortunately it's not looking so attractive at the moment as the whole road is being dug up and work isn't due to finish until the end of the year. That's very unfortunate for the booming tourist industry.
