Luminous Tulips

Grrr!

Walked along the canal to meet friends for afternoon tea at the vintage cafe in Shipley,
Interlude.

Another stunning day - lots of people strolling, cycling, picnicking, eating icecream in Saltaire and I even saw some playing Crown Green bowls. The edge of the canal was full of pretty celandine and I spotted Swgarnog's field full of cows. (One I didn't recognise when he blipped it here.

I got my camera out and ------- grrr - no memory card!!!!!!

Still I enjoyed the walk and even more the tea and chat with good friends.

When I got home it was emergency blip time. The sun has brought the magnolia into full flower but it was already out of the sun. These little multi headed tulips are always brilliant and they were planted when we moved in over 28 years ago.
Here they look luminous in the late afternoon sun
