Monday: Skadrin

Had a couple of work things to do in the morning, so left Split late morning to drive back to Zagreb.  As we were driving along, over a bridge, we noticed a gorgeous little bay, nestled down below, so we took an impromptu swerve off the motorway and went and had a little look.

What a gem!  It was called Skadrin and is, apparently, Bill Gates's favourite place to holiday.  Bizarre, as it really is the most tiny place.  Beautifully tranquil, though - that, and the warm sun......perfect.

Back in Zagreb now, albeit fleetingly!  Off to Slovenia tomorrow.

Have back-blipped the last couple of days in Split.
