Dry Cleaning
My Good Wife had to have her leather jacket cleaned for the spring and the only Dry cleaning she trust is way up in the hills in Reykjavik in this Mall.
Dry cleaning is Efna-laug (see the sign to the left) in Icelandic. Efni means matter, substance, material or subject - you already know the word laug (hot spring, pool or bath) like Luag-ar-vegur (The road to the hot spring) and so on... so this really means just washing some material - sometimes with chemicals.
This quarter of Reykjavik is called Breiðholt (Wide-hills) and not many people were there at ten o'clock in the morning. It is nice to shop indoors when it is windy and raining although the heat was 10°C outside.
Here we have a coffee bar, a jeweler, fashion (SALE), book shop and opposite a big grocery and a lot more.
While I was blipping the wife was delivering her jacket. She is inside the shop farthest to the left.
