Martin Parr Day

I spent most of the day editing my Sissinghurst pictures. It wouldn't normally take that long but there were so many nice things to photograph yesterday.

Half way through the morning I spoke to a lady who was organising a trip to the Isle of Wight to take photographs with Martin Parr. I thought I may have missed my chance but happily not and arrangements were made... yipeee!

To commemorate this I went down to photograph the postcards near Victoria Station.

Being near Buckingham Palace, souvenir shops in this area become uber-British in a way they don't seem to anywhere else in town.
