The first bluebell

My blip was to be misty trees until I spotted this very early bluebell growing in woodland near the stream on my late afternoon walk. Bluebells in flower at the end of March seems to me to be incredibly early. They are often at their best when we do the Thurgoland Boundary Walk at the beginning of May. It must be spring!

Earlier: I decided my tree prints were finally finished and could be cut off the board (the paper is taped to a board so that it dries flat). Some further tidying in the conservatory so we could eat in there with friends this evening. (Postponed until tomorrow to give S a little more time to recover from a biopsy - it may need to be postponed for longer).

Meeting at the studio in Sheffield with the five of us who are going to exhibit together during Sheffield Open Up. It was good to meet up and chat though I guess all things cannot be sorted out until we all turn up with our stuff.

And the news that we thought might never happen - the house reconstruction project starts for real next week!
