down at the beach

in between hospital visiting sessions today I went to Ogmore, which has the unnecessary soubriquet of 'by-the-sea', bloody obvious when you get there.
Anyway, i went for a run, sat and watched the sun setting, saw a harem of seals (I had to look up the group noun) then I looked again, and realised it was a wave of surfers.
I took a cheeky silhouette pic of a couple kissing, but my technology is not co-operating and I can't access it,might flickr it later.
I am currently trying to type with Socks the cat sat on my lap, over my right arm.
Across the bay you can see the sun reflecting off the windows of the mobile homes in trecco Bay. We went there for holidays: cousins, grandma, aunties, good times :)
