Started the appraisal process today not as bad as I thought it would be - managed to finish by about 6.30 pm tonight as needed to be in the centre of the city for 7.30 pm and this time I was taking no chances with dodgy directions from the internet

This evening the meditation class was held in the centre of town and given by the top person at the buddhist centre - it was a free public lecture on positive thinking and meditation - the extermal world happens around us and we can't change all situations in order to suit us , its impossible, but what we can change is how we view them ......
