Sunset on Fife

Lovely day, can almost smell summer in the air now. Went over to see my lovely brother in the afternoon and we went for a walk down along the northern shores of the Forth. En route, got a call from first born beautiful one to say that he was in minor injuries with a dislocated and fractured wrist - an injury sustained at the afternoon's football match. Breaking wrists seems to a familial trait for this line of the family.. Anyway, poor soul has to go in to ERI Monday morning for a Biers Block anaesthetic to have the dislocation realigned and new cast applied - ouch!

Update call later in the evening and he was in much better spirits as he had won a sizeable amount with his weekly bet on the footie scores. Looks like tomorrow's Mother's Day lunch is going to be a real treat!
