Bellingham Railway Museum

I went to the Bellingham Railway Museum this evening to see a presentation by somebody who'd recently taken a train trip from New York City to Seattle. The photos weren't very good, but I learned about a useful Website for finding lowest train fares. I hadn't realized that Amtrak is using a variable pricing strategy just like the airlines.

Before the presentation began I was able to shoot some photos of a few of the many activities depicted in the museum's expansive G scale model railroad layout. The detail is quite amazing.
