early morning on the estuary.......

I decided to get up early...was awake so grabbed the moment. I headed across town to the estuary having admired a lot of blips this week taken in the area. Missed sunrise, but was there very soon after. Seagulls are common but their antics always fascinate me. Loved the green in the soft light. This fellow seems to have scored a morsel.
Also had long chat to a guy walking his dog... and a girl who lives very nearby. She's nervous as to whether she can stay- home is "orange stickered"- after earthquake.I am very lucky, with minimal damage to my home.
