Still pulling up leeks from the veg patch

Lucky they make a good salad, less astringent than onions.

This is supper tonight which I'm hoping will balance the breakfast 'out' I had earlier at a business seminar: a hash brown roll (the veggie option!) What was the kitchen thinking of??? The brown sauce saved it.
