Birthday book

I love this book. I had forgotten all about it until I logged on to my Amazon account to order the birthday present from my granny. I added it to my wishlist back in about 2007 and then promptly forgot about it. 5 years later and it is out of print. There were still some "like new" copies available so before the price rose any more drastically than it already had, The Boy very kindly bought me a copy for my birthday. It arrived mid-February but I was very restrained, I had a quick glance and added it to the "picture book" shelf of my bookcase until my birthday. I'm now slowly working my way through it when I get a few moments to myself.
