Ablutions

This is Molly - our neighbour's cat and "brother" of Barney who I featured in an earlier blip - captured mid-wash.

She's a funny little character and I must try to get a tidier shot of her, as she can look quite beautiful, but appears somewhat "dog-eared" (or should I say "cat-eared" ?) here.

Both Barney and Molly spend a good deal of time in our garden and can usually be found sitting on the bench under our veranda, which protects them from the elements yet gives them a panoramic view of the garden and a front row seat for the bird table and bird bath! That, and the fact that it keeps them out of barking-range of their housemate Dylan the Dog.

P.S. Don't know why the photo appears this way up, as it looks OK on my PC and the right way round - so you'll just have to tip your head to the right to see Molly properly...
