The Buddha

I thought that I was on the first flight out this morning, but then I discovered that I was on the mid-afternoon flight so I suddenly was gifted a whole meeting-free morning that I wasn't expecting! So I spent most of the morning reading and writing, being an old-fashioned academic in fact - and the luxury was wonderful! This little man watched over me, as he does most days, and I bet he was pleased by the serenity of the occasion - for a change!
