Following our wonderful day at Demuth's Cookery School last Saturday I tasked TSM with getting ingredients from Waitrose including a bottle of rose water and a bottle of orange blossom water with which to make Basbousa and Oranges in orange blossom syrup. Basbousa is a semolina based pudding which we made and which tasted absolutely gorgeous, here's the pic on my picasa album for the day.

We're entertaining on Saturday night so the plan is to make it for then.

Lot of people looking tired at work today - it's a really busy time and everyone is working hard - shame that the spring weather is going to break before the weekend, looks like rain. So maybe I'll just stay in doors and cook, cook, cook, and help The Dizzle give his mum a pampering Mother's Day on Sunday ...
