I spent 30 minutes for a star trail shot in -1 degree C weather only to fail. Tried again, not so good. Then, for the heck of it, I just turned my camera to the right and snapped it off. This is it.

Come to think of it, the lower the expectations, the better your chances of self-satisfaction. Other people's standards don't mean a thing if you yourself can't feel at peace. Some of the best things happen by accident.
