Tango in Spitalfields

A great afternoon on the outskirts of the City starting with lunch with Becca and her new camera, followed by a good couple of hours annoying the stallholders by taking pictures.

I met up with Susana and Geny by the canopy at 6.30 for a little al fresco Tango. Neither Susana and I were expecting to be taken though or paces, but Geny did so with characteristic Argentinian panache, leading us skillfully through the moves.

Like most things in life the secret is to have expert guidance, then the confidence to just do it and not think about it.

Afterwards we were joined by Tim and Michaela for a very excellent Indian meal in Brick Lane where we put the world to rights over a couple of glasses of rose.
