Before the Moment of Truth

Another bright and clear day.

F and I had a fat busting walk along Cambo Sands and up by the burn. We hoped to use up a few extra calories before our weigh-in with C and D who were at an exercise class. It seemed to have worked because we were rewarded with results that had us all jumping for joy!
