It's Show Time!!

On the of the day of the blip meet)I had to go back up to the N.E.C to do a dress rehearsal, this is so that timing and lights and everything else is ok for the big day.

Obviously, for the best in show at crufts which is the ultimate prize they need to select a dog from each group, this includes a working dog, a terrier, a utility, a gun dog, a toy dog and a pastoral and the hound. So each day they pick two groups up until Sunday when it is final judged, but on a Friday they have only got four dogs(confused yet!) well as this goes out worldwide on TV plus the web it has to be timed to perfection, so what better way than to use the PAT dogs as stand ins.

Well obviously there isn't a dog from each of these categories so you just get put in a line and told to do everything a top show dog does, we had the proper judge looking over the dogs too!

So we ended up being fourth in the line the working dog!!! Here comes the rotti said the announcer much to the small crowds amusement, but guess what the pretend rotti won best in show!!


Yes we got our little hands and paws on that cup not bad for a little bald chihuahua!!!
