Roos last stand!!!

Well he final day of crufts and we just went up for a short time today, Roo had really done us proud with his achievement as runner up in the final of PAT dog of the year, today was a smaller arena for the good citizens award scheme and kids get to come and meet him.

Funnily enough on Friday Roo and Bean met a young boy that had cancer, he say next to them on the floor and both dogs went up and sat next to him for awhile enjoying fuss, another Pat volunteer was on the stand and owned a large dog, on the evening she came to me and said "I never got this whole Roo thing, that is until I saw him with that child".

When I got home last night after feeling slightly dejected I picked up the newspaper and read a quote " never give up on what you really want to do. The person with big dreams is more powerful than one with all the facts.

So I will return to crufts next year.
