Spa

My parents-in-law are spending a week of holidays in the Belgian Ardennes. We went up to see them today.

They are staying in the village of Spa, which is famous for its mineral water, its thermal baths and the F1 racetrack Spa-Francorchamps. The surroundings are quite beautiful and we had a nice walk through the hills surrounding the village.

This is a view of the village seen from the thermal baths on top of the hill. The little lifts bring people from the village up to the baths.

Following the walk we had a well deserved beer and a nice dinner. After that, back to Brussels!
