"Just a minute!!!"

that's what I was yelling to my husband as he was wanting in the car and I had the keys! Wanted to get a photo done in case I didn't have another chance. This is the back of my princess flower. Quick snap before taking off.

As to yesterdays photo, I have since found out that the tulip tree is also know as a tulip magnolia! Now I know! :) as do you!

We had a nice Saturday. FINALLY got our lap pool running. After having the pool guy here for a third time (ha! we have a pool guy. that's hilarious to me for some reason. makes us sound wealthy, which we are far from. just lucky to have found a home with an indoor lap spa. a home we got for a great price!) So, after letting it warm up over night we were able to swim for the first time this morning. And, it was GREAT! Got a super workout. Now, I just need to get in the habit of getting up early every morning and using it!!

Then we went back to a cafe we tried yesterday for the first time. The waitress said "we just had to come back for the fresh baked pastries on Saturday" So, we did. The pastries were OK. Not the best. However, they have really good house coffee and since we got there at 12:30, we decided after our pastry and coffee to go ahead and order a little lunch. Caramelized onion and blue cheese pizza made with their home baked ciabatta bread. Now, THAT was tasty!! The day before I had butternut squash ravioli with blue cheese sauce(super yummy!). The hubby had what he says was "the best reuben sandwich he has ever had". We will probably go back again...

worked for a few hours and now there is a crackling fire and my husband waiting for me to join him. I will bid goodnight all
