Impossible tree

It was either the tree or the sign, I couldn't find a single place where one of them wasn't obstructing part of the mural.

It was that kind of a day... a "curates egg" of a day. I wanted to go to the Botanical Gardens Arboretum at Cranfield... got to Cranfield but no transport to the gardens...not even a taxi... to be had! Still I did get a couple of pairs of trousers for work (which I couldn't find in my length in the city).

So I headed back towards the City via a couple of suburbs but couldn't find any other places (or shops) to go to, at least not when I was carrying all my birdie stuff with me. So I went home and dumped the scarers and the birdie books and the shopping and headed for the bookie store to get this years stock! A box load of Australian and American novels that are difficult to come by in Cyprus, that I send to myself... it's a great birthday gift!

Then here to try to update my journal, was it really last Tuesday when I last came in? Actually no, it was Wednesday, but I forgot to upload that days blip!
so up to date now... until tomorrow.
