Shadow and light

Vilnius is an odd mix of beautifully restored and shabby falling down, of old and new, of tall and small building all juxtaposed together.

Today was a splendid, deep blue sky day. Freezing cold but gloriously so.

I went out for some air from the office round the block in the afternoon and snapped this alley off Subaciaus street in the historic old town.
