'Room at the Top

These brackets seem to have thrived through the worst of the snow and ice, strong winds and now, over the last 3 days, loads of rain (it rained AGAIN all this morning and early afternoon, grrrr). I swear they've propagated over the last couple of months too, as almost the entire end of this felled tree trunk is smothered with them now. Soon they'll be on top! They're quite striking.

I also rather liked these 2 translucent Jews Ears with the light illuminating them.
