... but the Black-Headed Gull is nonetheless attractive, in my view. Though not as pretty as the Mediterranean Gull. Social, quarrelsome and noisy, says the RSPB. That could describe me!

Confusingly, Collins calls it Larus ridibundus while the RSPB has it as
Chroicocephalus ridibundus

This was my best shot on a very rainy, cold foray to the beach.
