the ducks were out in full force today... i can't blame them - the weather has been teasing us with summer-like temps in the high 60's the past couple of days... so lots of practice with landings and water skiing has been taking place with ideal conditions on the lake... i'd say they'd better hurry - tomorrow the forecast is for a major temperature drop - one of almost 30 degrees including snow... brrrrr...

just as my fine feathered friends are getting acclimated back to the water - ice may end up forming again... they'll be slip sliding away... might be entertaining for me - hazardous for them...

all i can say is - warm weather means my tootsies have enjoyed a brief respite from the confines of shoes - and that has made for...
