On Track
Kind of. Another couple of weeks of training and maybe some physio for my back which has been getting sore. But I feel fit enough so the Motatapu in the weekend will be a good ride.
New bike is now fully kitted, right down to new pedals, I won't be able to use poor equipment as an excuse ;-)
Quick blast up Kenndys tonight, just very short. And then down to the local pool to jump in the spa and relive the back muscles.
