Late light

Lovely sunny winter day - frosty this morning on the fell but the woods full of siskins. Siskins more than any of the finches have the french habit of converstion while they eat - so they fill the wood with their chirping in the larch branches.

This afternoon I was tempted out again though it was getting late....
