Rocking Horse

This rocking horse was probably made around 1930 and was handed down through my fathers side of the family. It is made of wood and packed with straw - covered with a real pony skin. It was always named Tibby and had great six foot rockers originally, but these were too big for a modern small house, so my father replaced them with smaller ones. All my siblings, children and grandchildren have enjoyed riding her. Now she stands in my bedroom waiting for a granchild to visit.
