knackered

just got home from a 12-hour shift at the labour ward.
it was my first time doing a nightshift (or any shifts in general!)
have not slept since 10am yesterday.
it's now 10.11am
dead tired.
was planning to spend the whole day having a lie-in.
but the weather outside is too beautiful to waste on that.
plus, it's jal's birthday.
surely will have to go out at some time to celebrate.

fringe festival is about to end.
quite thankful.
silence, peace, zen...
