The Hunt...

A lovely lunch and party round at Robbie & Tracy's today to celebrate their little boy Struan turning 3. We had a big plate of monkfish paella and a good catch up before the party arrived. After all the kids playing and fighting over Struan's rather impressive sword collection they were treated to a treasure hunt adventure round Portobello.

After much kiddie digging (i.e totally rubbish and unearthing nothing but sand) they finally found the treasure - a tin filled with toy money and chocolate eggs. Happy, sandy, chocolatey faces all round.

The Mummy's and Daddy's got treasure of their own when we frogmarched the children to the pub. Perfect.

Definitely one of those weekends that should be bottled and saved forever.
