E is for ... Estuary

A mixture of about 10 miles on the road and 6 miles off road for today's cycle ride. Here at Manningtree, the Stour is some way from the sea, but definitely qualifies as estuary.

At the end of the road section, before heading to Flatford and return for the off-road ending. The rain pounded down, it was cold and the sheep dog, as ever, wanted to round me up into a pen / bite my ankles off (I've not stuck around long enough to find out which). It was a good cycling day.
