P90X

Went into work late today hoping the A/C was fixed and it wasn't.... So I took an early and long lunch and went out with my friend Sara. I stopped by her place first and that's where I got my blip of her dog Bear. He's a really cute hyper tiny little thing. I know this picture could have been at least 10x better, but getting him to sit still for even this shot was so hard. I do like how his tail is blurry since it was wagging furiously when I was taking this picture.

By the time I got back to work the A/C had been fixed (thank god!) and I knocked out a few projects I had been procrastinating on. Later I was proud of myself since I did two workouts in one day, ummm Kenpo and Core =)
