Honorine's Birthday

One of those amazing Kervilon nights: 25 people staying at the farm, oysters and mussels that a mini team had gathered from the beach earlier in the day for the meal (I should point out that three people were injured opening oysters in the preparation of said meal), music and dancing. Oysters never tasted this good (was never much of a fan before) but can see now why Anthony Bourdain's first oyster on a childhood holiday in France was the defining moment in him wanting to become a chef.

Brilliant when everybody pitches in to produce such a great evening. This is Peter singing Neil Young's "Old Man" with Julien on the guitar. Shortly after this, we started our own little Fez Noz, the Breton version of a ceilidh in the garden...magic.
